ALKHATEM REFUND POLICY

Though our online delivery is available in United Arab Emirates, returns and refunds will be available. When the service is expanded, we will be more than pleased to let you know.

• If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and customer requesting for refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
• For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for  courier charges.
• if you return the item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect you will be refunded full amount.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

• Items on sale or promotion.
• Items already exchanged previously.
• Underwear (Huzar, Boxer & Undershirt).
